1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") govern the contractual relationship between pk78 (hereinafter "pk78," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses or uses the services available at pk78.ws and any associated mobile platforms, applications, or interfaces.

By completing the registration process on pk78, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise using the pk78 platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all pk78 services including, without limitation, casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, fishing games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by pk78.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the pk78 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the pk78 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. pk78 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction across all services, games, and betting markets without exception.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing pk78 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of pk78, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the pk78 platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that prohibits you from gambling online.

pk78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pk78 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pk78 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid and accessible email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. pk78 reserves the right to verify all registration information against official identity documents.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk78 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify pk78 immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing from shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your pk78 account.

pk78 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. All activity conducted through your account credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised by you.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pk78 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method (screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account) before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players but may be repeated at pk78's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pk78 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your pk78 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by pk78's payment processors. pk78 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

pk78 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency. Deposits suspected of being made for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit purpose will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pk78 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.

• pk78 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there are outstanding verification requirements on your account.
• Any bonus funds applied to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• pk78 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet service interruptions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk78 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general rules:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• pk78 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus exploitation, or any other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses cancelled, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly and have no monetary value outside the pk78 platform.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

pk78 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any player is abusing a promotional offer and to take appropriate action including disqualification from the promotion.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on the pk78 platform — including slots, live dealer games such as Sic Bo, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and roulette, as well as fishing games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

6.1 Sports Betting

pk78 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, and other sports. All sports betting is subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. pk78 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently from the displayed outcome in the event of a manifest error in odds, data feed disruption, or confirmed match irregularity.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game or betting session, pk78 will make all reasonable efforts to restore the session and honour any valid game state recorded on the server. pk78's server records shall be the definitive and final record of all game outcomes and transactions. pk78 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults outside its reasonable control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on pk78. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be subject to change. pk78 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk78 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the pk78 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the pk78 platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players.
• Attempting to exploit any software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pk78's platform.
• Using pk78 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Making chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after depositing funds.
• Accessing pk78 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk78 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk78 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all its services. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and pk78 actively works to ensure it remains that way for all players on the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk78 players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much money you add to your pk78 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you can remain logged into the platform in a single session.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the pk78 platform — including but not limited to the pk78 name, logo, branding, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk78 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk78 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any pk78 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pk78's intellectual property.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the pk78 platform.
• Use pk78's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by pk78 in writing.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk78 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, relating to the pk78 platform and its services. The pk78 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

pk78 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pk78 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss beyond pk78's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any decisions or actions taken based on information published on the pk78 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk78's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Termination & Closure

pk78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pk78 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where account closure is initiated by the player voluntarily and without breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of all applicable checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pk78 customer support via live chat or by submitting a written request to the support email address. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance relating to your use of the pk78 platform, you agree to first contact pk78 customer support through the live chat facility or via the support email address and allow pk78 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally before escalating the dispute to any external body.

All disputes will be reviewed by pk78's compliance and customer relations team. A formal written response will be issued within ten (10) business days of receiving a documented complaint. pk78's server records shall constitute the primary and definitive evidence in the resolution of any game outcome or transaction disputes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority designated under pk78's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request through pk78 customer support.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk78 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed upon login to the pk78 platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pk78 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the pk78 platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. pk78 encourages all players to bookmark this page and check it regularly, particularly before making any deposits or engaging in promotional offers.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk78 holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is available upon request from pk78 customer support.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed as limiting or excluding the statutory rights available to you as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
